Issue 43

Programme Update

We are still working to finalise our scoping report and because of annual leave do not expect to be able to share this until early September - please accept our apologies!

We have already pulled out what you told us we should be prioritising and have used this to create a high level work plan so that we can begin progressing the implementation work. Given the evolving nature of the landscape this is, however, only a starter for ten, so have a look and let us know if you think that something else needs added.

We are also planning to run an initial learning set at Stirling Court Hotel (previously known as Sirling Management Centre) on 13th October. We are still finalising the programme but it will provide bite-sized training sessions on some of the key topic areas you identified during the scoping exercise. Places are limited so sign up now if you want to be sure to secure a place.
